{ Five, but yours is better }

Since the last post, I wanted to have ready my schedule for the next month. Here I am, a day before October doing it, a little stressed out and happy.

I thought I had already let you know, that I was having problems with the ‘Prioritize‘  step. I know a few things from the list that are more important than the others. But I want to do new things as well, because I tend to get bored doing the same things for more than an hour.

Searching in the Internet was not easy as it seems. I could not find an article with advices on how to prioritize the main things of my list of to-dos. Until today. I am really happy with this kind of pages, like Do It Yourself and similar ones.

First, I need to identify my priorities. And I have to let you know, my main interest is my thesis, so it goes into my priorities list. Then, I need to select four or five things that I absolutely must do or are important to me. This may include work, school, my boyfriend, my family, anything that I feel I should devote a good amount of time to.

I do not want to write again all the things that I want to do, so, here is the post where you can see them.

My list of priorities must contain things relevant to:

School: Thesis

Work: Working in the Site

Relationships: Boyfriend and Family

Another important thing I want to achieve is to get a regular sleeping rhythm, waking up at the same time in the morning and going to bed at the same time each night. On weekends, I think should be no different from weekdays. I’m going to wake up at the same time all the time, if I want to get the results I’m looking for.

I have identified when I should go to sleep. Being a 25-year-old woman, I should get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I would like to wake up at 5:00 am everyday.

I must determine what I need the most. A lot of women and men at my age, are currently in Graduate School, and few are working, but both are receiving money, wether as scholarships or a monthly salary.  I have to earn money after all. The time I use working is relevant to know how many hours a day I have to study for my thesis. Sometimes I have work, but my boyfriend support both of us economically.

Also, I need to determine the other priorities, ranking the most important to the least important.

At last, I’m going to place these on my schedule where they fit.

1- Thesis

2- Sleep

3- Food

4- Fitness

5- Work

Here is my schedule:

For now only the main priorities, later, I am going to write one by one the things I would like to accomplish.
